My name is Rui Kinoshita, Japanese Graphic Designer / Illustrator based in Tokyo, Japan.

After working in the world renowned record store Manhattan Records in Tokyo for 10 years, I moved to Melbourne, Australia and started studying design to expand my ability. And now, I'm working as an art director at a design studio in Tokyo.

 

My passion in graphic design is branding, packaging, illustration, typography (a lot!) and I love to incorporate handmade elements into everything I do on the computer. But more than anything, I love to have fun and when I'm not working on design stuff, mostly I spend time doing what I love such as DJing, travelling, doing sports and so on.

Trekking - - - Almost every weekend, to get a vitamin M (Mountain).

Sports - - - Huge fan of Major League Baseball (specifically Yankees!!), currently also freelancing in this scene

DJ - - - 15 years club and party experience, audiences ranging up to 1,000 happy people all over the world

Travel - - - More than 20 countries. I love new people, new places, new experiences.
